so cam sensor looks good, cap not so good but not sure on every contact in the cap they all look like there has been arcing from rotor I'm assuming maybe to wide of a gap between rotor tip and contacts or a week spark same goes for rotor tip

Cheap China caps my friend had a problem with a few. Try and get a name brand if available. Only good name I found for my 2.5 was AIRTEX / WELLS premium on rockauto good quality caps. The problem I found is the rotor posts are only just barley long enough to do the job.

Exclamation

Are you Shure it’s not just the weather?

Like my 2.5 it just will not run at its best in the peak of summer time June, July and Aug she runs like crap in the heat and high humidity nothing will change that it’s a fact summer means a poor running engine for me I hate it.

Just this week the high heat has dropped down and the monsoon season is finished that she is running good and strong again.
