Question drive shaft part id

I have a 2000 dakota extended cab 4x4 auto trans. Where the rear drive shaft ujoint clip goes in the holder it is broken . it looks like some adaptor piece with 4 bolts that hold it to the rear end. Does anybody know what this piece is called and a part number for it? Also is there any interchageable parts and what years they fit? thanks rudy

The driveshaft flange part number is 5015556AA, the u-joints are both the same number 5014733AB and if you need the bolts, number 6506497AA. These are all mopar part number. Thats if you have a one piece driveshaft. If you have a two piece driveshaft, then you need to replace the whole drive line.
