Hi guys, I have a stupid question... my 2001 3.9L Dakota Sport with 5 speed manual transmission gave up and I located a 2004 sport edition for sale locally. My question is: will this 2004 transmission fit on my 2001 with no modifications???

What about the clutch, flywheel, etc???

Please, excuse my ignorance, but local transmission shops are ridiculous in prices around here, and I'm sure I can do this. Any help will be very much appreciated!
