Rear Seat

Anyone else had an issue with the rear seat not going up into the folding position? My 1/3 side will not go up. Have tried severals times and still stays in the sitting position.. Any clues?

I don't see anything on mine that would mechanically lock it? Just looks like hinges. Can you feel around to see if something might be jammed into it making it stick?
