Crawl underneath find the bolts and turn them a even amount. I think I did 20 or 30 turns on mine then bounced the front of the truck a few times and measured it to make sure each side was even. Then got it aligned. Takes about 5-10min to crank the torsion bars.

I run the grabber at2 165/70r16s on my 2004 quad cab 4x4 and before i cranked the torsion bars i did have very minimal rub but nonetheless i still had a rub, I cranked them a 1/2 inch a night for four days and after the first 1/2 inch there was no rub no matter what i did.
