4x4 Question

I Have a 2001 dodge dakota quad cab 4x4 Tccm is bad....Is there a way to get under truck and engage and disengage 4x4?If So explain thanks in advance

No. You can't shift the linkage by hand.

You might be able to find a TCCM at the boneyard.
