Default Level/Lift

Hey. Just wondering if installing a 3" body lift will level the front at the same time or if I will need to buy torsion keys to even the front and rear. Can someone help me figure this out? I'm new to lifting trucks, but not new to trucks in general. Thanks!

Forgot to mention that the truck is a 2004 Dakota 4x4 with the 4.7L V8.

Only cranking or replacing your keys will lift the front end. Body lift will only increase the distance from tire to body lines. Imo replacing the keys is the best way to go, cranking the keys is hard on the front end.

Where can I find replacement keys that would give me 2-3" of lift?

Or craigslist, saw a set the other day for $100. I think it was a 3" lift key.
