Did some more tinkering with it.

I bleed them all again.

Heres something I noticed. With the engine running, if i pump the brakes a bunch, the pedal gets tighter. As soon as I increase the rpms a bit, the pedal goes right to the floor, until I pump them some more.

Does this help at all?

I have only one possibility but this is just a guess the Power Brake Booster did you replace that?

I tested the Booster and check valve. Both test out good.

Im guessing SOMEHOW there is still air in the lines.

I just dont know what else to do.

This is probably not your problem but how do the flex lines look?

Have you done a full system Bleed/Flush

I cant remember but did you say you put DOT 4 in not DOT 3?

All vacuum lines are attached and in the correct place?

This is weird

Do you have a service manual for it if not I have one you can download

Check all the vacuum lines were they go
