Check the selector switch
Check to see if you can switch between 2wd and 4wd. Don't even have to do that, see if your little light on the switch panel is illuminated in the 2wd position. I have a direction for you if the lights are off and the t-case does not move.
If the lights work and the t-case moves, I've got no further knowledge.
