Question Torsion Bar Blues

Have an 01 Dakota Sport 4x4 all stock, except KYB shocks at all 4 corners. Excessive tire wear at inside of left front tire. Have a tool box in bed with about 400 lbs in it. Was trying to adjust torsion bars to see if it would help tire wear, measured out about 3/8 of an inch low, both sides. Got about 3/4 to full turn on bars and ran out of adjustment and still out of spec. New bars? Aftermarket bars? Any one got a starting point?

Depends on miles. Usually they take forever to wear out. Cranking the torsion bars are only gonna throw the alignment out even further. Go get it aligned and see how far its out. I know here in pa its like 45.00 for one. You should also have a pretty good space between the tire and top of the fender if they are cranked the whole way.
