So last time I drove the truck all was well. The odometer now is flashing my mileage and the gas light is on.

When the key is turned there is visible smoke that is released slowly from the center ac vent. I could only think that is not normal since it has never happened before and some damage may be occurring..

Any input or ideas highly appreciated. I removed my stereo and no smoke comes from the stereo bay.

I will try to take a picture of the smoke later...
