Default lowered truck is killing my balljoints!

As the title says my truck is killing my balljoints, I recently bought it and the lower control arm is not factory, it looks like a drop arm, and I do not know what spring is in there. Either way, what is a better way, or the best way to lower a truck while keeping good balljoint angles? Or will I just have to stockpile ball joints and replace as needed? Any help will be great!

The majority of people on this forum are 4x4 people so dealing with lowering problems are not common.

I have looked at possably lowering my Dak a small amount not much so I have looked at this but I think if lowering its the top control arm thats the modifyed one not the bottom one.

What do you mean by killing my balljoints! You have replaced them two times now?

What Dakota do you have year, model 4x4 or 2 wd, engine so on?

Have any Pic's for us to see this problem?
