If you've done the electrical portion, caps, plugs, and wires and still have the misfire, unless you have a mechanical problem I'd look at fuel.
Yes, it could be dirty fuel injectors. It could be low fuel pressure too.
You said you have headers. Do you still have the O2 sensors in place? They affect the fuel trim.
