3.9 Wiring problem
1998 Dodge Dakota 3.9 Automatic (Bare basic, crank windows, manual locks, ext.)
Ok all I need help with my truck, So this morning I get in it to go to a meeting at work and it starts up as ussual, I show up and 1.5 hours later I go to leave but when I turn the key I have no power. I made sure lights were off and key was out so I tested the battery and it had 12.8 volts (which is good) had someone come over and jump me thinking its a bad connection (new battery with just over 1 year on it and little to no corrosion) it stumbles but starts up... volts go up to 15... Good right? I left and my radio was completely reset... then on my way home when I used a turn signal 50%of the time it would pause my radio or if I hit the breaks hard. Well I got home and shut it down and pulled the key out but my gauges are now shutting off, the dash lights did but not the gauges them self...I turn the key over and no power again... Im guessing there is a wiring cluster gone bad... could it be the computer going bad?? I need help!

Could be a bad battery. I'd start there first, it's the most likely issue even being a year old. Make sure all connections are clean and tight too.
12.8 volts doesn't mean it has the amps to back it up. Measure the voltage when someone is cranking the truck, or if that doesn't work, put the headlights on and check it again.
The turn signal and radio may be a result of a lower voltage. Your alternator doesn't put out much power at lower RPM's.
