Default Crappy o2 sensors?

I replaced my o2 sensors last year and I think I got them from Autozone or some local shop. They apparently don't last long or my truck is doing something bad to them because I'm getting o2 error codes again.

What do you guys generally buy for o2 sensors and how long do they last?

Thanks.

NTK (oem) or Denso are the preferred. Do not use Bosch, they don't last.

NTK. You can find them at a decent price online:

You can also buy at the Dodge dealer but they will cost more. NTK is the OEM supplier for Dodge O2's anyway. Most parts stores sell Bosch, they do not work well at all in Dakota's. I bought my NTK's back in 2008, which was about 75,000 miles ago, and they are still working just fine. I only replaced the two upstream sensors, the downstream sensors don't do much anyway.

Good to know. I think I did Bosch the last time... didn't even last me 2 years.
