Default Were to buy steering shaft.

Going to buy a steering shaft. Any thoughts on who or/and were to buy it? Dealer is expensive. I bought lower shaft from a dealer about 18 months ago. While I don't believe the lower shaft is the issue it looks like the whole assembly would be just as much as the upper shaft.I am thinking the rag joint on upper shaft is gone.
This just 1 found on E-Bay for $105

I bookmarked this link when I was reading about steering shafts...I haven't had to replace mine yet.

I also have this DodgeForum discussion bookmarked - wheel-column-clunk

Seen this before. My only concern is that it says for 01-04. Will it work for a 2000?

So today it stayed dry long enough to go out and check the shaft looks like it is the lower again. The U-Joint is flopping around like a fish out of water. So replaced the lower steering shaft in Aug 2010. Got it from dealer and it last just over 2 years. Not very good. Looks like Mopar hasn't figure out how to make a steering shaft yet.
