Question 360 R/T Dakota Engine

Okay I'm new to this forum and if I'm in the wrong location please tell me. My issue is when you start the truck, engine idles fine. Once you start to go, the engine cuts in and out really bad. Once it "clears its throat" if runs fine. We just had a new catalytic converter installed yesterday but it did not help. What else could it be?

any codes? Very small possibility of crank trigger, I'd lean more towards a vacuum leak or one of the 3 sensors in the throttle body

Rain lately? I have an issue with my dak getting a little wet under the hood...CAI acts as a sponge... about twice a year I end up of flooding a spark plug with water... Runs great at idle... but put that sucker under a load and first 10 seconds it bucks...
