hi i have a harness for my v8 which i just put in my Dakota. everything hooked up and is good, however the v8 harness will not plug into the v6 fuse box. what do i do with this? and could someone give me a link to a wiring diagram?

 

Do you sill have the V6 wiring harness? Can you cut the connectors off and splice them to the V8 harness?

 

See that's what I was thinking about doing, but I don't wanna do it myself cause it kinda puts my v8 harness in jeopardy, it's either wire the new plug on or change the fuse box. But I do still have the v6 harness and everything
