i haven't started the bumpers yet, saving money to buy the metal. but what i did do is draw them on paper with a scale ruler. so i will have an idea on the measurements.

as soon as i figure out the all whole scanner trick. i'm not very computer savy. however, i am basing the front bumper off of wrenchready's stealth bumper. and the rear is based off of the wrenchready's rear bumper for the older ram's 1500.

Looks good guys. I wish I could build a bumper for mine, the only bad thing I would loose the removable feature of it, just in case I need to use it on the rear of the truck. Plus right now being part time at work and full time school, there is no money for the truck. But now I know where to go look when building mine one day.

Got a few more pics in my winch bumper album, shows how i mounted it to the frame and the structure for the winch mount. Sorry about the rust, they don't call it the 'wet coast' for nothing where I live, 3 days of rain and counting. Hey crazy4x4 feel free to move any pics into this thread, I still can't seem to download any pics into a thread.

I added some decorative holes yesterday, just for fun.

Finally finished up my bumper tonight. I'm planning on getting it sprayed with bedliner stuff tomorrow and installing it tomorrow night. More pics to come.

I still need to wire up the lights and trim the plastic inner fenders, but it's pretty much done.
