I already had the old winch cradle, so that didn't cost me anything. I have about $200 in steel, $40 for the clevis mounts, $60 for the hoop (since I don't have a bender) and $160 in bedliner spray. A Winch Ready bumper (the one I would buy if I were going to buy one) costs about $900 to buy, and comes unpainted.

So, by my math, I saved about $600 (or about $20/hr.)

I can't wait to see yours!
