the factory VC gaskets are re-usable, and do not normally leak. Your local O'R should be able to get felpro replacement ones (which are also re-usable)

there is no reason to replace a VC.

make sure the VC hasn't had a bolt come loose, where is it leaking from?

not sure what you mean. Is it leaking the whole length of the valve cover, or only around a few bolts?

Have you made sure the bolts are tight? Don't over tighten them. It's possible a cheap paper gasket was put in place of the stock rubber/urathane re-usable ones.

All valve covers will start leaking as they age the gaskets shrink as they age just replace the gaskets no big deal.
