2000 dakota 4x4 5.9 v8,auto. I have a p1740. ive researched it and as you all know it comes up tcc/overdrive solenoid. are they one in the same and how do i know if its actually that?? i adj my tv cable and it shifts to 2nd fine but it dont seem to shift to 3rd. my od button works and goes in n out of od. my issue is my upper shifts. can someone help! i can do the work once i know what to spend money on. im drivin it everyday. it runs just fine dont wind out it just dont seem to shift to 3 or 4th. sposedly they did the filter etc and put in a new tcm. idk tho.

 

kinda sad that out of 78 views not one dodge enthusiast has a thought on my shifting issue
