You can't if you don't have at least one working. The dealer can do it with the DRB.

Call around to local places. Some will charge 30-150.00 to do it. All depends on the place

I called a local Hi-Fi shop in town today and got quoted $125 to have new remotes. Or for $225 they would install a remote start that would do the locks as well.

This is how I did mine:
Had to get a build sheet from Dodge to determined if you have RKE installed. This is free
Contact dealer to get the correct part number for key fob.
Search E-Bay for a key fob. I find them for $13-$80. I got 2 for $32.00
The first remote had to be program by the dealer. Cost me $44 the other remotes you can do yourself.

So for $76 I was able to get 2 remotes working and have the option to add more if I need too. Also I have had them both working for about 4 months now and the key fobs were used I bought from E-Bay.

Does that price include remotes or no? Also that remote start isnt that bad of a deal depending on its maker and options. We just had a remote start installed on our 07 ram. Lifetime warranty on it, lcd key fob(tells u when the truck is started, unlocked or alarm is set off), mile range. Out the door was 338.00

I got lucky with mine. I have a buddy who has a DRBIII that he let me borrow. It took less than 5 minutes with the DRB, so I can't imagine a Dodge dealer charging too much for the service.
