Default Steering Hum

I have a 2000 dodge dakota 2wd 3.9L. For the past few weeks, ive been hearing a hum from the power steering, only when turning right though. I dont see any leaks, and if it is leaking, it is leaking very very little. Also it chirps a little when turning right. This only happens when the car is moving, if it isn't moving doesnt hum or chirp at all. Hopefully not the rack and pinion, also the previous owner put in a replacement Power steering pump. Seems to take away from the HP a little bit also. Any input would help, Thanks

just my 2 cents, my pump is noisy at times and i put ps fix in and it just made it harder to steer. i read many posts about it and came to the conclusion that our trucks have noisy ps. check it out for yourself and draw your own conclusion.
