Default Small lift, different shocks needed?

I'm going to be installing a 3" torsion key / 2" block lift.

Question is will I need longer shocks? And if so what do you guys recommend?

You definitely won't need new front shocks and probably not rears, either.

I wouldn't bother replacing them as long as they're still good. I lifted my truck 2 inches all around and just replaced the front ones because they were worn.

Yes, you will want to replace the stock front shocks if they're OEM size. Mine were fully extended with the OEM torsion keys cranked and had no travel left for jounce.

If your shocks were fully extended before your suspension was, then your shocks were too short to begin with. Cranking the bars does not increase total suspension travel. It just makes the suspension ride higher within that range.
