I got a 98 Dakota w/318 V8 tryen to find my NPT port so I can put an electric fan kit in can anyone help me out? It is a 16" Fan I just can't find the NPT port for the thermostat port in kit..

 

You should have a flat boss just to the left side of the stock coolant temp sensor. Drill and tap that for the fitting you need. older engines had a 2nd sensor there.
