Default Blinkers work even with key out

Small problem compared to some but makes me wonder.
What would cause my blinkers to keep working even when I've taken the key out? I have replaced the hazard/warning flasher and the Central Timer Module to help with some other issues but this was happening before that. The blinker Just kind of weird to walk away from the truck and see the blinker going.
Thanks!

Try this, pull fuse #10 in the junction block, on the side of the dash. It controls the timing circuit for the blinkers and it SHOULD be switched by the ignition switch.

Other things that are on the same switched feed from the ignition switch include the radio, cigar lighter, and the wipers. Something must be supplying power to the line.
