Default tuff country sx8000 shocks on dakota?

well i was thinking of ways to make my truck an inch or two bigger to bring it to 10 or 11 inches of lift i was wondering, tuff country's sx8000 shock is ment for 3/4 ton pickups for dodge. the mid sized (dakota) uses sx 6000. so in theory, wouldnt the 8000 be a little bigger and built bigger so it would raise it up an inch or two? if anyone has any info on this help me out!!! thanks!

SX8000 shocks will make no difference in your height. They'll just make your truck ride rough and if they're too long, they'll bottom out and do damage.
