Default 2001 Dodge Dakota transmission pan

Hey fellow Dodge drivers, I've had my 2001 Dakota 3.9L for a few months now and took it over to a friend's shop for some maintenance. Well they did me right expect they didn't change my tranny pan gasket when they changed the fluid/filter so after a few miles out of the shop its leaking fairly steady. I've decided to drop the pan and change the gasket but my pan is also pretty rusted so I'm thinking of getting a new pan. Thing is I haven't been able to find any short of the junk yard, on a similar tread someone said you could find a pan for $32 but all I've been able to dig up is after market units that are upwards of $200. My question is does anyone know of a good place to pick a pan up for under $50? I'm really not trying to spend an arm and a leg on a tranny pan but it definitely could use replacing. Also what's better to use for the gasket? The rubber number you can order at Autozone or RTV? Thanks for any help!

$200 for a pan is really up there.
