I have a 2000 dakota 5.9 lt I changed my fuel pump and bled the fuel line and my truck will not turn over.There is fuel going to the rail. It ran before I changed it. Any ideas that may help. Trying to get this done before my husband gets home from work.

Clarify "turn over?" As in it won't crank? It is in Park or Neutral? Do you hear any relays clicking under the hood? How's the battery voltage?
