I'm sure you mean 21 gallons per fill up; your truck has a 24 gallon tank (unless you don't have the stock one).

What gears do you have?

I totally agree with the MAP sensor replacement, and I'd clean the throttle body.

I get 13 or so in town with the same setup as yours except I have 285 MTs and a winch and a bunch more armor and a toolbox full of tools. I also have a heavy foot too
