stock system crossovers?
So I am replacing all four speakers and both tweeters in the truck this Friday when the shipment comes in.
For those that know anything on the stock infinity system. Do the tweeters have any kind of crossover/bass blocker built in? I can pick a bass blocker up for about $5 so if they don't then its fine. Just want to make sure I don't blow my new tweeters first time I turn up my tunes!

They have a tiny capacitor glued to the back side of the tweeter. I don't remember the value, it may be a 4.7 microfarad. I would not fool with trying to remove that factory cap. You will do much better to just add in your own cap for the new tweeters, or the new ones may come with a crossover network or cap of their own.
