A/C condensation flooding in cab???

Default A/C condensation flooding in cab???

Why is the a/c condesation flooding, and i do mean flooding, my passenger floor board?

Mine did the same thing. You can see the reason why if you climb under the truck and look for the spot where the ac is supposed to leak out of. There is a heat sheild that you need to remove.

What happens is it leaks out of the pipe like it's supposed to but then it sort of drips or wicks back towards the firewall and gets inside right there.

Some people fix it by making the pipe longer. I fixed mine by sealing up the area with silicone.

Air also forces water back up in there and it will leak. put an elbow on it and seal it with silicone.

ya, not everyone knows how to tag their posts so its like searching a bunch of freon leaks and people who say see my post but provide no relevant information or links to somewhere that will help.
