Default 4.7L towing mpg

How much worse mileage do you guys get while towing?
I am towing a fairly light 12 foot alluminum trailer with a 650lb kodiak 450 atv on it , so maybe 1800 lb (700kg). What should I expect over the 300 mile trip?

Also going to have my Dirtbike and full camping gear but that makes no difference really

Your dirt bike and full camping gear will make a difference. You're looking at an extra 3-400 lbs.

Plus what type of driving will this 300mi trip be? All interstate @ 70 mph? Flat? Hilly? All this plays a factor.

And what do you have for a truck? Single cab? Club cab? Quad cab? Auto? 5 speed? How many miles? Has it seen a tune-up in the past 30k miles?

Need to elaborate some more for us...

I use a 6x12" with RC plane gear in it with a golf cart and get 10 mpg
