Default Negative cable Ground Stud nut size

I am in the middle of replacing the negative battery cable on my 4cyl 2000 Dakota Sport. I have the cable and what I thought was a pretty good supply of tools. All but the deep socket to remove the cable from the ground stud. Anybody know the nut size for the socket I have to buy?
Thank you very much.

Pretty much all the body work is either 8, 10, 13, 18, or 19mm.

yes metric it could even be a 12mm, a good set of Sears metric deep sockets are a good buy

Welllll, that narrows it down. I'll see if the guy at the counter at O'Reilly's or AutoZone has an idea.
Thanks for the input.

like dakaz said, just get all 5, or a complete set. You'll probably need them eventually. I've ran into very few ASE body hardware. That said, I think the seat mounts were ASE, and most of the motor stuff is ASE.

If it looks like it might be somewhere around 10 or 12mm, it might be 7/16". Our buddies at ChryslerCorp, like their cohorts at GM, liked to mix fasteners. So some of them are metric and some are SAE.

Probably not 13 or 12mm. 13 looks too big and they didn't use many 12mm. So my guess would be 11mm or 7/16".
