Yep, ball joints, tie rods and shocks. Your's is 2WD so it'll be cheaper to have done or buy parts for than a 4WD. Congrats on the truck, despite the mileage it sounds like a winner.

 

Picked up a headliner from a nearby you-pull-it to replace the sagging one in my truck. Got it all disconnected from the roof only to realize that I couldn't get it out through the doors. SO..... I grabbed my hammer and bashed out the back glass. Anyone know how to get this thing in... remove seats, maybe? Remember, this is a quad cab.

 

I redid my own headliner and you will have to get it out through the passenger rear door with the front seat slid all the way up. It can be done though

Seeing those pics I would not think that thing has 246k.
