Default Body Lift Pics

Does anyone have pics of a 3 inch body lift on 235/75r15 with stock 15 inch wheels?

That size tire looks TINY on a stock dakota let alone one with a 3in body lift.

That size of tire would look silly with a body lift. I have 285/70/17s on my 03 4x4 with a 3" body lift and they look pretty good.

Rancho did for 97-99 Dakotas. Unfortunately the 2000 and up use rack and pinion and therefore your only options are a body lift, blocks, add a leaf or shackle flip, and cranking the torsion bars.

Or do an SAS

I think they were 5.5in lifts but for the price of them you are better in the long run to do a solid axle swap. You can then do any kind of lift. Not to mention it's stronger than the ifs

The 5.5" Tuff Country lift is about the only suspension lift available but it's expensive and you would have to replace your rack and pinion with a steering box to even use that one. Fortunately, body lifts on Dakotas don't look goofy like they do on some vehicles.

The "best" way is an SAS, but it's a fairly major fabrication project that you probably shouldn't take on unless you know what you're doing.
