Default Hi all been awhile

Hi all been awhile for me on here been dealing with another truck my sister 2001 Toyota, finally got it back in running shape. Well i just turned 240.000 miles on my truck pretty good for a 4.7 been real good to me, but thinking it time for some more work on it, power still good, but can smell gas from tail pipe, any thoughts beside checking the plugs any sensors i should look at,
