Default crazy Dodge Dakota 2002

Present condition: Engine on, every 20 seconds "security" light on dashboard on for a fraction of a second, tiny click.
Engine on, headlights on: Every 10 seconds, "security" light flashes very briefly, headlights goes off for a fraction of a second, tiny click to hear. The headlights goes on with a very short "flash", guess its a stress for the bulbs.
After reading some threads it seems in my opinion the CTM Module? Do you think I should order one or should I do more testing?

Just joined this forum, will introduce myself soon, Norbert

Welcome Norbert, Albert or Jose f42! You just did introduce yourself.

My gut says CTM as well. Be ready to have your remotes re-programmed (I think) when you change it. I hear it is an easy replacement.

Good luck!

I also would point to the CTM, as it handles all security and most lighting functions.

Thank you Guys, I'll order one of those Modules at ebay and take care to be able to return it in case it doesn't do the job.
Will have you informed, Norbert

Got the CTM quite fast from an ebay-dealer, screwed it in and wham, everything works and to my surprise the chime started ringing! Bought the Truck nearly 2 years ago and never realized I should have this sweet sound, so it run fine with the partly-bad TCM module.
Thanks for your help, happy Thanksgiving everybody,
Norbert
