A fourteen year old that wants to make $10--almost every town has at least one.
The local car wash.
Or, finally, go to the local auto parts chain store or Walmart, they have lots & lots of cleaning products for cars.
I generally just do 'em myself, Dawn detergent, a bucket, and an old t-shirt are my weapons of choice. (I'm old and cheap, tho.)

I use dawn. Five gallon bucket with lots of dawn to your preference, and go to town. Find a good sponge with a course scrubbing side. Get a couple different ones from walmart, and find the one that works best for you. It might be a bit of work, but pour some dawn and rub it into your rims and let it sit. If you really want to bombard it, first use a brand tire cleaner like armor-all.

I've found that Simple Green works great on brake dust. But don't leave it on very long because it can be mildly corrosive to aluminum.
For regular dirt, I just use a sponge and the same car wash soap I use on the rest of the truck. Takes less than 30 seconds per wheel. BTW, I don't like crawling around on my hands and knees either, so I use one of those rolling mechanic's seats.

I find that stuff works wonders on just about anything - especially cleaning the siding of your house hahaha.

I use this stuff and its awesome! You still have to rub down the wheels but dont have to spend 10min on each wheel.
Needless to say I get it on sale! lol
