Dodgeramguy has it. That is exactly what i am looking for! I cant find one anywhere, i didnt want to have to make one,but it looks like this will be my only option. Pretty sure i can make one for around $500. Also another reason i like for the hard flush mount, is its paintable. Thanks for all the info and pics guys!!

 

Well i've looked and looked! You have 2 options either A. find a used one for sale or B. build your own. Tho I did find this http://www.gaylordslids.com/ It is over the rail but it is the lowest profile one out there and they actually fit really nice.
