Default I'm at a Loss. AC Blower problems

Ok guys. So I have been having trouble with my AC controls. in my 2002 Dodge Dakota sport 4.7l. First my lights went out, Now the fan only blows on high. After reading different things I have replaced the resister. and the Main controls. Now my lights work again but im still only blowing on High. There is a New wire harness already in place. and it all looks to be done properly. None of my wires or harnesses are melted or seemed damaged...... I'm at a loss..... Any IDEAS ??

When you say it only blows on "high" do you mean it works only when "high" is selected and it doesn't work at all in the other speeds OR do you mean it blows on "high" with ANY speed selected?

If the former it does sound like there is a problem with either the new resistor or the harness.
