2001 dakota backseat backrest won't latch
My backseat backrest won't go high enough to latch with the 2 bars , I have tried everything there must be a lever or something that will make the backrest go high enough to latch, please help

Take out the four bolts at base of seat, lift the seat into place then reinstall bolts. I don't understand how the seatback came loose without removing those bolts in the first place.
