abs id be looking at the wires from the rear end to the box. more then likely when the shock mount broke it cut the wire. also the map is probably been there you just got it to act up but High voltage means theres no power/signal to the pcm from the sensor. look for green **** in the connector/ wires broke off. or just unpluged in general.

but id be returning it and bitching being you only had it a month
