positve & negative reverse tail light

positve & negative reverse tail light
I am trying to install a Yada back up camera on my 03 dakota. I need to splice a wire to my positive and negative reverse tail light wire, I can't tell any of the wire a part. I am not the smartest when it come to this kind of stuff.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I don't have a wiring diagram for an '03 but in prior years the black wire was ground and the violet with black stripe was the positive. If you have a meter you can test polarity.
