How do I know if my 2000 Dakota 3.9 4x4 has limited slip differential ? decal in glove box says anti spin. Need to add lube but not sure if I need additives for limited slip.

Anti-Spin is the LSD. You need the additive.

Yep, put the limited slip additive in.

Chrysler just calls it anti spin. GM has "posi traction". It's just a different name for it.
