Default 98 4x4 steering gear box swap questions

I just swapped the power steering gear box on my 98 Sport 4x4. once the new gear box was in place I had to turn the steering wheel some to get the steering shaft to line up with the spline on the gear box. Now the truck drives fine but the steering wheel is almost straight upside down. What would be needed to fix this? I went under the dash to do a 180 turn of the wheel on the upper end of the steering shaft, but then the bolt wont line up to bolt it back together, it only fits one way. Can an alignment shop correct this and get the steering wheel straight again?

Maybe an alignment shop can correct this. Are all the tie rods adjusted correctly - approximately the same number of threads on each? Is the pitman arm and center link adjusted correctly?

Lots of stuff compared to a rack and pinion.

Wish I had better.
