Can you give the Pxxxx number? I don't have "speed sensor A" listed.

There are up to three speed sensors. The vehicle speed sensor is in the differential. There can be two more speed sensors, input and output, on the transmission.

Check the code yourself. With the key OFF, turn it to RUN (don't start it), back to OFF, then to RUN, back to OFF, then LEAVE IT in RUN. Codes will display in the odometer window. It will say PDONE when it's finished.

Dan, it was a p0500 code. I have previously replaced all 3 sensors.

That is the one on the pumpkin.

Is your ABS light on?

Check the harness. Pull it apart, clean it out with contact cleaner thoroughly.

When's the last time you changed the fluid, inspected the rear diff? It's a hall effect sensor. If it is covered with debris it may not read correctly.

That would be the sensor for the rear ABS. Try the connectors first. It may just have gotten some water/dirt in them. It doesn't take much to make it fail.

Sometimes a wire is all green and corroded inside it can be hard to detect one way to tell is how stiff a wire is. One other thing is the wire can be corroded just behind the connector this is also hard to see.

I had a wire that had severed inside its coating because so many shops had jabbed a probe in it to test out my dead A/C I noticed it because it just looked abused pulled on it and it came apart.

Sometimes shops cause more damage just trying to fix some other thing in the past or present.

I had a shop rip the wires out of my power steering sensor then tell me do you know your wires are ripped out I had just pulled that same plug off last week and it was in perfect condition....Shop damage.... then tell me how much it would cost to fix.
