My passenger window won't work from my drivers side switch, but it works from passenger switch. Any idea on what's going on?

Bad drivers side switch, probably. It's a common problem.

All the power windows are fed through the drivers side switch. 3 wires go to each door. One wire is controlled by the lockout feature but is normally HOT.

If the drivers switch AND the passenger switch are "neutral" then the window motor is grounded on both leads - it won't move. When the drivers side switch is moved either way, one of these two wires is connected to power causing the motor to run.

If the passenger switch is moved, it connect power from the lockout feed to either side of the motor. The other leads remain grounded through the drivers door switch and the motor runs.

 

I ran to the bank last night, and on the way home I tried it and it worked fine. Could there be a bad connection some were?

 

It is possible that the connections for the lock itself are dirty. You could always clean them as a step 1. The solder connections could also be cracked which wouldnt give you power. Either which way you go about it, the window lock switch is bad. Id just bypass it if you don't need it
