Hey thanks for the links and the tip to use black gasket sealer. I am definitely going to get those headlights. Also whats the name of the hood ?

this is the link for the hood. as for how it works the faster u go the more air that is forced in threw the port and all the air is forced over the air filter threw the port under the hood on the side of the intake.

Tom, take a look at the link for the hood. Click on "Suggested Parts" and you'll see a ram air upgrade kit. That additional outlay will make the hood actually do something. Looks like K&N cone filter connected to intake hose right under intake port/scoop.

Thanks. I was just kind of curious how the kit did it, since I took a kind of "home-brew" approach to mine. Mine isn't "true" ram-air (in the sense that it doesn't actually pressurize the intake), but I doubt that kit is, either. It's a pretty good cold air intake, though.

thats what it looks like under the hood and yes the intake i have there is not a bought one its homemade until i got some extra money. :P

Interesting. I thought it might be the same hood I have (mine came with the truck), but the inside looks different. Thanks for posting the picture.
